Terms of service

By purchasing a ticket and attending any workshop hosted by SEWSFWORKSHOP, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Admission & Bookings

• All bookings are final sale.

• No refunds, no credits, and no rescheduling are offered once a ticket is purchased.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the organizer.

2. Workshop Requirements

• Participants must follow all instructions given by the instructor.

• Safe use of sewing machines, needles, scissors, irons, and other tools is required.

• The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves in an unsafe or disruptive way.

3. Health & Safety

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Sewing involves the use of sharp tools, needles, scissors, cutting equipment, irons, and machinery, which carry risk of injury.

• You are voluntarily participating and assume all risks associated with the activity.

• You agree that SEWSFWORKSHOP, its owner(s), employees, volunteers, and contractors are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the workshop.

4. Liability Release

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

• You waive and release the organizer from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during or as a result of the workshop.

• You agree not to pursue legal action (“cannot sue”) against the organizer for any injuries, including those caused by accidental negligence.

5. Photography & Media

• The organizer may take photos or videos during workshops.

• Organizer will ask if you are comfortable being on camera

6. Personal Belongings

• The organizer is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

7. Changes & Cancellations

• The organizer may reschedule or cancel a workshop if necessary. If the organizer cancels, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
